Initial Consultation: Free
Individual Session (50 minutes – 1 hour): $85
Transitions are a part of life and many times require support and assistance. I am a seminary trained Spiritual Director who helps individuals navigate life transitions by listening to their hearts and connecting with God through conversation, prayer, and creative expression. During our time together we will explore individual spirituality in a welcoming, safe, and prayerful environment. Mine is a service of sensitivity, presence and support of others as each travels their own particular spiritual journey.

Requires 3-7 participants; Consultation: Free
Group Session (50 minutes – 1 hour): $50 per participant
​Spirituality is explored in a small group setting using creative tools such as gratitude collages, mandala exploration, theological reflection, lifeline development, dream exploration and more. Specific topics and tools are used as a way of exploring our relationship with God. Sample of possible topics:

Healing Touch Meditation

Individual Session (30-45 minutes): $75
Healing touch meditation is an energy-based approach to health, balance, and healing. By utilizing light-touch or near-body-touch this energy therapy uses a heart-centered and intentional approach to enhance and support self-healing.
It is a non-invasive technique based on a heart-centered, caring relationship in which health, balancing and healing is facilitated. The goal is to restore harmony and balance in the body which promotes optimal self-healing and can be used in collaboration with other approaches to health care.
Retreat Facilitation
Fees per 10-25 person group
Initial Consultation: Free
Retreat: $500 (half day/one session); $750 (full day/ two sessions); $1200 (2 day weekend/4 sessions);
Art Supply Fee $5-$20/participant; Travel/Accommodations negotiable
​Retreats are an opportunity to get out of our day-to-day routines and reconnect with God. This can take place in solitude or as a community. Spirituality can be explored through reflection, prayer, meditation, and creative expression. As the spiritual director, I will customize and facilitate retreats for groups as requested.
