Healing Touch is an energy-based approach to health, balance, and healing much like Reiki.  By utilizing light or near-body touch this energy therapy uses hands, in a heart-centered and intentional way, to enhance, support and facilitate whole person health.  It promotes self-healing through clearing, balancing and invigorating the the energy field surrounding the body and the energy centers within the body, to promote optimal healing for the mind, body, and spirit.

 

This non-invasive technique is based on a heart-centered, caring relationhship in which health, balancing and healing is facilitated.  The goal is to restore harmony and balance to promote optimal self-healing and can be used in collaboration with other approaches to health and healing.

 

I am a Level 1 Healing Touch Provider.  The Healing Touch Program is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  The Healing Touch Program is also approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
